Please contact Customer Support at support@peeks.social providing your Peeks Social username and the stream name (if applicable) if you would like to request a refund. Please also provide username of the broadcaster. the date/time of the stream and the reason for requesting a refund. Peeks Social will adjudicate your complaint for validity. If confirmed, you will be eligible for a credit to your Peeks Social Wallet. Viewers who purchase content will have access to the content in its entirety unless the broadcaster deletes the content.
