Subscription Service Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Personas Social Inc’s subscription service (“Service”). By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Subscription Agreement
- 1.1. Overview
By subscribing to Personas Social Inc.’s Service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any taxes, and to abide by these Terms. - 1.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Subscription Plans
- 2.1. Subscription Options
We offer various subscription plans, each with different features and pricing. Please refer to our pricing page for the most current information.
- 2.2. Subscription Term
Subscriptions are available on a minimum four month basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless canceled prior to renewal. - 2.3. Trial Period
From time to time, we may offer trial periods for new subscribers. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the trial.
3. Billing and Payment
- 3.1. Payment Method
You agree to provide a valid and current payment method at the time of subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees and any applicable taxes. - 3.2. Billing Cycle
Billing occurs at the start of your subscription and each monthly thereafter. You will be charged on the same calendar day each period, depending on the original purchase date. - 3.3. Failed Payments
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is received. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
4. Cancellation and Termination
- 4.1. Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing customer service. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. The minimum billing period is four months - 4.2. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused features, except where required by law. - 4.3. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or failure to pay applicable fees.
5. Changes to Subscription and Pricing
We may modify the subscription fees, features, or terms of the Service at any time. Any changes will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes or material changes to the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. User Conduct
- 6.1. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes, or to engage in any activity that violates these Terms or the rights of others. - 6.2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality available through the Service are the exclusive property of Personas Social Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personas Social Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [insert applicable arbitration body], and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on our website. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
