If you would like to reset your password, please follow the steps below:

  • 1. Open the Peeks app or the Peeks website
  • 2. From the sign in screen, select the “forgot your password” below the password field
  • 3. On the next page, enter your username in the text field and then select your email address. If you are using the website, press the Send Code button.
  • 4. An email should be sent to your email address.
  • 5. Check your email for the confirmation code and enter it on the following screen. It may take a couple of minutes for the email to arrive so please wait a few minutes before trying to resend the email. Please also check your spam/junk folder as well.
  • 6. After entering the confirmation code, you’ll be asked to enter your new password.

Once you’ve completed these steps your password will be reset and you will be able to log into your account with your username and your new password.
